Adopt a business cat for your office, store or other location
Imagine these cats in stylish pant suits or crisp polo shirts and khakis. Business cats are friendly felines who would be a great addition to a retail shop, hair salon, distillery or any indoor place of business. These professional cats have personality to spare, and along with making friends with your customers, they're incredibly adept at supervising.
Friendly, professional felines for your place of business
Business cats are not outdoor, feral, stray or community cats, so they need somewhere warm indoors to live. They are also very social so it's important that they have people around to interact with. Fill out our cat adoption survey to adopt one of these professionals!
Working Cats
We have outdoor working cats available! Since these cats are not your typical tame house cats, they aren’t eligible for indoor placement. These working cats are ideal residents for stables, barns, backyards and warehouses. These cats, available in groups of three or more, are FREE to those who have a safe, suitable place for these community cats to reside. Don’t worry – they don’t bite or scratch unless they feel cornered or provoked. Just give them their space and they will be great community members for you. They often run from humans and keep to themselves, although they may warm up to their caregivers once they are comfortable. All cats are healthy, vaccinated and sterilized. Caretaker responsibilities include providing daily food and water, shelter and veterinary care. If you are interested in having community cats placed on your property, or if you or someone you know would like to help a group of cats, please contact us at utahtnr@bestfriends.org, call 801-574-2413 or complete the online application below.
