Come visit us!
The Best Friends Pet Adoption Center in Sugar House is a lifesaving force in Salt Lake City, dedicated to giving homeless pets their best chance to find forever homes. And it’s a great place for you to find your new best friend. Each pet at the center comes from a local Utah shelter or our Best Friends Kitten Nursery, and each one is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and ready to go home with you after a short application and interview.
The Best Friends Pet Adoption Center is also a great place to purchase Best Friends and NKUT gear! Our boutique stocks t-shirts and hoodies for men and women, hats, stickers, car magnets, bracelets and more. We also offer low-cost spay/neuter resources for your pets and community cat support. Stop by to learn more!
Note that the Best Friends Pet Adoption Center does not take in animals from the public. We find we can help more animals by assisting and managing our limited intake through our existing No More Homeless Pets Network partners. A list, searchable by state, can be found at http://nmhpnetwork.bestfriends.org/Partners.aspx. Additio..., we offer resources with advice for finding a pet a new home at http://bit.ly/FindingANewHome.
